The game fails to even load up, it gives me some random error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). click on ok to terminate the application

could any help me out please as i really want to play this server, because of wings =)

Need help.. ASAP

Try to download full client:
ftp://rusro2.com/rusro/thor/rusro-client2009_09-30.exe

I already downloaded and installed it, but still, it doesn't work =( , I think there's an error in thor.exe file
But Freya works fine on my computer.

1. open a command prompt (start, run, cmd)

2. navigate to your ragnarok (thor) directory, depending on your windows version you may have to use 8.3 joliet names

3. CACLS *.dll /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R


p.s. try to disable your antivirus before launching thor.exe

What will I do on the 2nd and 3rd one?

1) Press Win + R
2) enter - cmd and press ok
3) In the new black window enter "cd full path to the game"(for example cd C:\Games\RagnarokThor) and press enter
4) Then in the same window enter the following command: CACLS *.dll /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R and press enter.

If it won't help try to disable antivirus during start up of the game.

I think the problem is with the npkdcrypt.dll, when I removed it from the folder, it is only not found, but when I put it in it, the 1st error shows..
